We want you to love your order. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a refund

1. Contact us through our contact page with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
3. Return the items with all included parts (blasters, chest targets and accessories), in their original packaging when possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases we cover the return or send a replacement.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Non-refundable

• Shipping Protection fees, once the order has shipped.
• Items damaged by misuse after delivery.

Discounted orders

Refunds are issued for the amount actually paid, after any discounts.
